Barbie is pure plastic, all those tiny little shoes, hairdryers etc. If they haven’t all gone into your vacuum cleaner by the time your kids are over playing with them, use them to make cute jewellery! Upcycled Barbie necklaces and bracelets are just so cute you’ll be fighting over who gets to wear them.
All you need for this is old chains (you probably have some unused necklaces, if not, they can be found at your nearest charity shop), Barbie accessories with holes, such as these on the photos, metal rings (available at crafting stores) and pliers. Hook the plastic cuties up on the metal rings and slide them onto the chains.
